Replacing the Separating Knife
If the separating knife becomes dull, replace it with the included replacement knife.
CAUTION
Be sure to perform operations as specied by the instructions, and never
touch any area not specied in the instructions.
Sudden movement of the machine may cause injury.
CAUTION
Never touch the tip of the knife.
Doing so may result in injury.
1. Enter the knife replacement menu.

Remove any media.


on the left.

The print-head carriage moves to a location where knife replacement
is possible, and then the screen shown in the gure appears.

Open the front cover.
Preparations are complete when this screen appears.
