4. Reinstall the battery and battery tie down clamp,
torque the clamp to 8 Nm.
5. Reinstall the modi ed cross brace, torque the M6
bolts to 35 Nm, torque the M8 nuts to 55 Nm.
6. Reinstall the seven (7) retaining clips into the cowl
7. Re-mount the modi ed battery cover. Drill two (2)
holes that line up with the battery closeout panel.
Use the supplied push clip (50249) to attach the
cover to the closeout panel.
8. Reinstall the six (6) pushpin retainers on the cowl
trim panel. Watch the pushpin retainer above the
supercharger; it may interfere with the vacuum
line below the cowl panel.
