USE THIS NUT TO
ROTATE THE
TENSIONER AND
INSTALL THE
FEAD BELT
12. Re-install the water pump pulley using the three
(3) removed bolts. Torque the bolts to 25 Nm.
13. Re-install the stock FEAD belt by rotating the
tensioner counter-clockwise and routing the belt
as per the stock Ford belt routing.
INTERCOOLER LOW TEMPERATURE
RADIATOR (LTR) ASSEMBLY
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. If you have a performance pack car, remove the
two (2) outboard bolts on the factory radiator
support bracket (as viewed from below the
vehicle).
3. Install the low temperature radiator (LTR)
assembly (1315-8K229) and secure the low temp
radiator into position with the two M8 x 16 mm
bolts included in Hardware Kit H.
