The following tools are necessary to remove this component:

Torx screwdriver T10 and T20
Phillips screwdriver PH2
Long nose pliers

Remove the upper cover. (* only versions M2, M2+, B2 and B2+).

Remove the lid from the water tank.

Remove the tank; lift it using the inside handles.

Remove the coffee bean hopper lid.
