1. ZERO - Run zeroing
A. There should be no input optical power.
2. “Delay 3 sec”
A. Time that is needed for run “ZERO “
3. AVG 0.05 - Set Average Time.
4. LOGN 400,000 - Set measurement number.
5. WAV 1550.0 - Set wavelength
6. TRIG 1 - Set external trigger.
7. WMOD FREERUN - Set measurement mode.
8. LEV 1 - Set TIA Gain Level.
9. MEAS - Time of measurement.
10. “Delay 20sec + alpha(3 sec)”:
After External Trigger Input “Delay as expected measurement time”
A. STAT? - Check current measurement status
11. STOP - Stop measurement (Option)
12. LOGG? 1,1 - Get measured value
A. Module - 1, port - 1
13. CWAV? - Check the wavelength that should be calibrated.
14. CWAVPO? - Check the Optical power offset for each
calibrated wavelength.
- Executes wavelength sensitivity calibration using the data that are read out
from “CWAV?” and “CWAVPO?” command. (Refer to the 5.5.5.)
