Installing the Printer Driver on the Print Server and Client 5.1
Computers
Download the printer driver from the SATO download site and install the printer driver on the print
server and client computers. Install the printer driver on all applicable computers.
Downloading the printer driver
Download the printer driver from the SATO download site.
For details, refer to "1.1 Preparing the Printer Driver."
Installing the printer driver on the print server
Connect the printer to the computer and install the printer driver.
For details of how to connect the printer, refer to "1.2 Connecting the Printer to the Computer."
Printer driver installation differs depending on how the printer is connected. For details, refer to "1.3
Running the Installation."
Installing the printer driver on the client computers
Prepare the printer driver in the same manner as the print server and follow the procedure below to
install the printer driver. The procedure uses Windows 10 as an example.
Double-click PrnInst.exe. 1.
The printer installation wizard starts.
