BIOHAZARD
After replacing the reagent container/bag, check the tubing connected to the cap assembly
and make sure it is not bent over.
CAUTION
While installing or replacing the fluorescent dye bag, hold the upper corners of the bag or the
part under the bag mouth (where the interior tube is located), in order not to extrude the
reagent out.
NOTE:
• The reagents must be kept still for at least a day after long-term transportation.
• When you have changed the diluents or lyse, run a background test to see if the results
meet the requirement.
You should replace reagents when:
• The reagent ran out and a new container of reagent is installed.
• The reagent in the tubing is contaminated.
• There are bubbles in the tubing.
The whole reagent replacing procedure includes the following steps:

Select the reagent that needs to be replaced (multiple reagents can be selected concurrently)
and then tap SETUP. The following dialog box will be displayed:
