Condition of the spark plug
Checking the air filter and its cleanliness
A spark plug that is in good condition allows the
engine to run properly.
The condition of the spark plug will reveal whether
the engine combustion is correct:
Spark plug has dry deposits - poor carburetion.
Clean spark plug – correct carburetion.
The spark plug is dirty – excessive carburetion.
Type of spark plug: NGK CR6HSA
To access the air lter, the seat will rst have to be
removed (Seat Sect.).
Removal:
- Remove the rear mudguard.
- Withdraw the spring backwards .
- Remove the air lter .
Retting:
- Proceed in reverse order to the removal.
Check the condition of
the electrode and the
spark regularly. See
Maintenance table.
