Chapter 5 Maintenance and Inspection
If the outside of the interferometer becomes dirty, wipe it clean with a soft cloth or tissue; soak the cloth in water
or detergent, and wring it out. Do not use organic solvents, such as thinner or benzene, and avoid contact with
mirrors and other internal components.
NOTE
Do not spill water or solvents on the system; spills may result in system damage, fire or electric shock.
