A fully functional RC is required for duplication.
To enable a new RC it is necessary to intervene directly on the
receiving card to access the programming buttons.
To duplicate the code of a dip-switch RC with a new RC, simply
place the levers of the new RC in the same order as the original
one so as to obtain the same code.
