Response
TA returns the Advice of Charge supplementary service function mode and the SIM values for ac-
cumulated call meter (ACM) and accumulated call meter maximum (ACMmax).

If error is related to ME functionality:

format (e.g. "00001E" indicates decimal value 30)

every 10 seconds
