7 - 4 Battery circuit and power conversion unit
Exchange of voltage divider board D310 7
• Pull out power conversion unit
(see section: "Pull out power conversion unit, M10" on Page 7 - 1).
• Disconnect K302/ K303 (pos. 1 and pos. 2 / Fig. 7).
• Replace D310 (pos. 3 / Fig. 7).
Exchange of fuse U301 7
• Pull out power conversion unit
(see section: "Pull out power conversion unit, M10" on Page 7 - 1).
• Make sure the capacitor units (both M10 and M11) are discharged.
• Replace U301 (pos. 4 / Fig. 7).
Exchange of capacitors of M10 7
• Remove power conversion unit
(see section:"Pull out power conversion unit, M10" on Page 7 - 1).
• Disconnect P31/ P11.
• Remove the four screws (two on each side) that keeps the connection plate.
• Remove the two screws in the middle (pos. 1 / Fig. 8) and remove the capacitor bank.
