Motor components
Motors of the 1FN3 product family consist of the following components:
• Primary section:
– Basic component of the linear motor
– With 3-phase winding
– Cooling ribs to dissipate the power loss
• Secondary sections:
– Mounted side-by-side these form the reactive part of the motor
– Consist of a steel base with attached permanent magnets
– The casing provides a large degree of protection against corrosion and external e󹪜ects




