Chocolate bread
▯ 400 ml milk
▯ 100 g low-fat curd cheese
▯ 1.5 tsp. salt
▯ 1.5 tsp. sugar
▯ 600 g wholemeal wheat fl our
▯ 10 tbsp. cocoa
▯ 100 g grated milk chocolate
▯ 1 packet of dried yeast

You can use milk chocolate or dark choco-
late. Brushing the dough with 1 tbsp. of milk
after kneading will result in a darker crust.
