Installation and Removal
The pipe support device consists of two pipe supports
which are mounted to both sides of the guardrail with U-
bolts and hex nuts.
Unsafe Operation Hazard
Except for designated models and
corresponding markets, it is
forbidden to install the pipe support
device on other Sinoboom products
or any models in other markets.
Unsafe Operation Hazard
• Read and understand the follow-
ing safety rules before proceeding
to the next step.
• The installation of the pipe sup-
port device shall not interfere with
the normal operation of the plat-
form controller.
• The installation of the pipe sup-
port device shall not block the en-
trance and exit of the platform.
• Before installing the pipe support
device, ensure that the platform
remains level.
Installation instructions

1. Install the upper and lower pipe seals of the pipe
support weldment.
2. Secure the welded plate above the pipe support
weldment with bolts.
3. Roughly fix the pipe support at its mounting position
on one side of the platform, and then fix the pipe
support from top to bottom sequentially: make the
U-bolt inside pass through the platform guardrail,
align it with the pipe support mounting hole, and
then fix it with a hex nut. Install the pipe support on
the other side of the platform in the same way.
4. Fasten the pipe with strap to make it more securely
mounted on the platform.
