4.6.8 Selecting the job and starting the process
Select job
➢ Touch the job in the job list.
 The next process available for the material are displayed.
Selecting the process - sintering as an example
● Sintering:
Restoration is dry and can be sintered without pre-drying.
● Pre-drying:
You only want to pre-dry.
● Pre-drying and sintering:
Restoration is moist and is pre-dried and sintered in a single process.
Loading the furnace and starting the process
After selecting the process, you will be asked to load the restoration into
the furnace.

➢ Start the process by touching the start icon.
 The furnace shuts automatically once the process starts.
End of process
At the end of the process, you will receive a message about the status
and other processing options:
● Prepare glazing
● Process later
● Complete job
Glaze
Only use approved auxiliary tools and materials for the glazing process.

NOTICE
Only use approved materials
Only materials that can be selected from the material dialog in the
CEREC SW software or for which a heat treatment program is saved
after selection are allowed for heat treatment.
