Operating Instructions CEREC SpeedFire 5.1Loading the furnace for sintering
båÖäáëÜ
The furnace opens automatically following successful heat
treatment. The process is not yet completed here as the last
cooling-off phase occurs in an open condition.
You will be notified by a message on the display and via a signal
tone once the process has completed. The unit’s LED status
display is green and you can now unload the furnace.
3. As the restoration is still very hot in this phase, only unload the
furnace using metallic or ceramic tweezers. Plastic tweezers are not
suitable for removing restorations. Place the restoration on the fire-
proof tray (A) for further cooling (see "Fireproof tray with integrated
fan [ → 46]").
If the furnace is still too hot after a process, it delays the start of
the next process until the maximum start temperature is reached.
If the maximum start temperature is reached, the furnace
automatically starts the pre-selected program. The start
temperature is process-dependent and is pre-set.
The procedure for sintering zirconium oxide may be different, depending
on the material manufacturer. Therefore, always follow the specifications
of the manufacturer of the material to be used.
CAUTION
Damage to furnace and deposited items
As the furnace opens automatically after the process, the furnace and
deposited items can be damaged if these instructions are not followed.
➢ Do not use the space directly under the door as a storage surface.
WARNING
Risk of burning
The restoration and parts of the door insulation may still be hot.
➢ Always pick up some tweezers to remove the restoration from the
furnace.
➢ Allow the restoration to cool down for another five minutes before
picking it up with your hands.
