To connect your document camera to a wireless network
1.
Press the WiFi button on the control panel.
The WiFi indicator light will flash orange.
2. Press the MENU button on the control panel or remote control.
The OSD menu will appear on your display.
3.
Use the right arrow button on the control panel or remote control to navigate to the WiFi
tab.
4.
Select WiFi Setup and then press on the control panel or remote control.
The AP Settings dialog box appears.
5.
From the SSID menu select your wireless network and then press on the control panel or
remote control.
6.
Use the down arrow button on the control panel or remote to navigate to the Password
field.
7.
Enter the password for your wireless network and then press on the control panel or
remote control.
8.
Use the down arrow button on the control panel or remote to navigate to the Connect
button.
9.
Select the Connect button and then press .
Network recommendations
The following are network recommendations:
l Your document camera works best in an 802.11n/ac environment using a 5 GHz network.
However, it will also connect to older routers such as the 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz.
l AES, TKIP, and AES+TKIP wireless encryption methods are supported.
l For WPA/WPA2 enterprise, the document camera only supports PEAP and not EAP-TLS, EAP-
TTLS.
l Minimum required WiFi bandwidth is 0.16 Mbps and maximum bandwidth can be as high as 4.8
Mbps.
To get the most from your WiFi connection:
l Set your router’s WiFi channel section to Auto.
l Don’t use a Hidden WiFi network name.
