5.3 FIRST FILM SEALING
The operation to be performed,
before starting products
packaging, is the introduction of
the film for about 10 cm 1 in the
packaging tank (Fig. 5.3.1), then
lower the bell 2 and press it on the
film using the left hand with a
pressure of about 10-15 kg (Fig.
5.3.2). The machine will
automatically begin to operate
and will rapidly carry out the first
sealing on the left side of the film.
Use your right hand (Fig. 5.3.2) to
help the breakaway of the film to
avoid that the same sticks to the
sealing blade during the cooling
stage after sealing.
5.4 PACKAGING
Once the first sealing has been
performed (please refer to 5-3)
introduce the product to be
packaged in the bag, resting it on
the special product holder support
(Fig. 5.4.1).
