8.2 AUDIO WARNING OF PROBLEMS
Cyclically, the program performs a number of controls. If there are any anomalies, the electronic
board will emit an acoustic signal (beep) and the number of the problem is displayed.
Once the problem is solved, it will be possible to reset the electronic board display by pressing
the key or any other key.
Please find here below a list of the problems that may occur and their solutions.
ERROR 1: Thermocouple temperature too high
Solution:
• Switch the power off and check that the air intakes are not blocked.
• Check the thermocouple reading, by using a thermocouple that is operating correctly, type
"J"
• Replace the resistor equipped with thermocouple.
If the problem persists, stop the sealing and heat-shrinking operations, switch the machine off
and call the servicing centre.
ERROR 2: Oven temperature not correctly modified
Solution:
• Check the correct connection of resistors.
• Make sure that the clamps of the thermocouple are tightened well.
• Check the operating state of the relay switches, in the machines equipped with relay
switches.
• Replace the resistor equipped with thermocouple.
If the problem persists, stop the sealing and heat-shrinking operations, switch the machine off
and call the servicing centre.
ERROR 3: Thermocouple temperature not stable.
Solution:
• Switch the power off and check the thermocouple connection.
• Replace the resistor equipped with thermocouple.
• Check the earthing line connection.
If the problem persists, stop the sealing and heat-shrinking operations, switch the machine off
and call the servicing centre.
ERROR 4: Heat-shrinking temperature increased in sealing mode
Solution:
• Switch the power off and check the correct connection of board resistors.
• Make sure that the electronic board is operating correctly.
Attention - during the shift from the heat-shrinking mode to the sealing mode, the machine
might signal this problem twice.
If the problem persists, stop the sealing and heat-shrinking operations, switch the machine off
and call the servicing centre.
ERROR 5: PCB temperature too high
Solution:
• Switch the power off and check that the air intakes are not blocked.
