Enter and save new fixed value
Press F1 New.
The memory location number is automatically assigned by the terminal.
The first number in parenthesis indicates the free memory locations, the second number indicates
the
memory locations with assigned fixed tare values.
Parameter name is highlighted; retrieve with F6 Edit, enter with alpha-numeric keypad. Save with F6
Save; cancel without saving the entry with F5 Cancel.
Parameter tare value is highlighted; retrieve with F6 Edit, enter with alpha-numeric keypad.
Save with F6 Save; cancel without saving the entry with F5 Cancel.
Closing the fixed value list
The list is closed with the F5 Back key.
b) Retrieving the fixed tare value list for tare
Press the F3 Fixed Tare key in the Tare function level. The display now shows the last retrieved
fixed tare value.
Select from the list
Page with the Arrow keys
Retrieve the desired fixed value with F6 Save.
Direct retrieval with memory location number.
Use the number keypad to enter the memory location number.
Direct retrieval with barcode or IT
(information in Section 7.10 Barcode Management or contact your Soehnle Industrial Solutions
service partner).
Note
If the function Fixed Value Retrieval with Barcode is enabled, and a barcode is used that is not
located in fixed memory, the error message "Error 83 - Fixed Value Not Found" is displayed. The
unit returns to scale mode and the selected function is canceled.
6.5.12 Error messages during tare
Error 06:
Tare not possible.
Possible causes:
• empty scale,
• scale overloaded or underloaded,
• manual tare entry with tare value above maximum load,
• scale shows a negative weight value.
