Error Code Fault Diagnosis and Solutions
IE 109 Meter Fault Meter fault
• Check if the meter is normal and is compatible
with the inverter.
• Check if the communication cable is normal and
properly connected.
• Check if the communication settings such as
protocol, address and baud rate of the meter are
consistent with those of the inverter.
• Contact SolaX for help if it can not return to
normal.
IE 110 BypassRelayFlt Bypass relay fault
• Press the ESC key to restart the inverter.
• Contact SolaX for help if it can not return to
normal.
IE 111 ARMParaComFIt ARM parameter communication fault
• Check that the communication cables of inverters
are well connected and the baud rate of COMM
setting of inverters are the same.
• Contact SolaX for help if it can not return to
normal.
IE 112 FAN1 Fault FAN1 fault
• Check if the foreign objects stuck in the fan.
• Change the fan.
• Contact SolaX for help.
IE113 FAN2 Fault FAN2 fault
• Check if the foreign objects stuck in the fan.
• Change the fan.
• Contact SolaX for help.
BE 01 BMS_Exter_Err
Battery error - external communication fault
• Contact the battery supplier for help.

• Contact the battery supplier for help.

Over voltage in battery system
• Contact the battery supplier for help.
