Time jump ±10% does not match the value of the file time divided by 10.
Since the smallest unit on the counter display is 1 second, when a file is divided by 10, the time may be off by less
than a fraction of 1 second.
Depending on the type of Codec (such as a variable bit rate (VBR) file), the 10 divided positions may not be the
same as the total playback time divided into 10 equal parts.
