P01.30 to a non-zero value to enter short-circuit brake.
During stop, if the running frequency of VFD is below the
starting frequency of brake after stop (P01.09), set P01.31
to a non-zero value to enter short-circuit brake after stop,
and then carry out DC brake in the time set by P01.12 (refer
to P01.09P01.12).
