function code properly.

Pull-in current is the pole position orientation current;
pull-in current 2 is valid within the upper limit of pull-in
current switch-over frequency threshold, and users do
not need to change pull-in current 2 under common
situations.

This parameter is used to set the frequency threshold for
enabling the counter-electromotive force phase-locked
loop in SVC 0. When the running frequency is lower than
the value of this parameter, the phase-locked loop is
disabled; and when the running frequency is higher than
that, the phase-locked loop is enabled.
