Make a call to a Department
You may wish to ring a Department in order to talk to an available member of the Personnel
department, for example, rather than ringing one specific member of that department only to find
they are not available and then having to ring another extension, etc.

If you know the extension number of the Department required you can dial this number in the
normal way. Alternatively, you can use the Contacts directory to call the Department as follows:

Transfer a call to a Department
If at any time during this process you wish to return to your original caller press the Recall button.

Calls History
Your Calls History can also display the incoming answered and missed calls received for a
Department. Your System Administrator can configure this facility for you, if not already available.
If a call was received by a Department this will be displayed on the second line of the call details.
