9. Users may construct a STANDARD BATTERY PROXY. This is a 0.002 microfarad capacitor
in parallel with two ½ inch steel balls separated by gap of 0.013 inch / 0.33 mm. This
‘standard’ can be constructed by anyone and allows a repeatable comparison of testers.
