When using breakout hammer or other heavy
working equipment, there is a hazard of losing its
balance and tipping over.
Do not lower, swing or stop working device all of
sudden.
Do not extend or retract boom cylinder suddenly,
There is a risk of machine tipping over due to impact
force.
1.3.5 Notes for Rubber Track
Please don’t use it on broken stone, hard coarse rocks and at the edge of steel plates and steel
bars;
Make sure that rubber track has no foreign matters, which will result in the excessive abrasion or
broken of the track;
Keep rubber crawler away from any oil, meanwhile, remove grease attached on that immediately,
such as fuel and hydraulic oil;
Please don’t travel on surfaces with high temperature, such as burned ground and steel plates;
Please don’t make a turn sharply when travelling on ground with high friction force, such as asphalt
pavement or concrete ground.
Don’t use the machine at seaside if not necessary, otherwise, rubber track will be corroded at an
accelerated rate.
1.3.6 Operation on Slopes
When operating swing or working device during
operation on slopes, there is a risk that the machine
may lose its balance or tip over. This may cause
serious injury or damage to machine. So it’s
necessary to provide a flatness area for the machine
and operate carefully.
