3.6 SEAT ADJUSTMENT

SWE series cab seat is a specially designed deluxe driver seat for construction machineries. The backrest and
cushion are both designed according to the body engineering ergonomics, which offers the driver the most
comfort. The seat is assembled with a suspension device, which can help to reduce harmful vibration
effectively and ease the fatigue of the driver.
(1) Weight adjustment:
According to the user’s weight, rotate the adjustment handle of damping E till the best feeling is reached.
Rotate the handle anticlockwise to reduce the damping stiffness; and then rotate the handle clockwise to
increase the damping stiffness.
(2) Forward/rearward adjustment
Lift the adjustment handle D, and then push or pull it along the front or rear direction of the handle to the
ideal position, after that, lower the handle, it will lock automatically.
(3) Height adjustment:
The seat is lifted or lowered by circulation adjustment. When adjusting it, stand in front of the seat and lift
the handle upward till the lock sound is heard, then release the handle; When the height adjustment
reaches the highest, the seat will back to the lowest position after releasing the handle.
(4) Backrest angle adjustment
When adjusting backrest angle, pull up the handle B for adjusting backrest, turn the backrest till the angle is
suitable and then release the handle to lock that.
(5) Armrest angle adjustment
When adjusting armrest angle, pull up the armrest to a suitable angle, then regulate the hand wheel A to
set the armrest angle to the lock position.
