What to do if my SUNWARD SWE90UF-2PB engine runs but is hard to start?
    • C
      Chelsea IbarraAug 14, 2025
If the engine of your SUNWARD Excavator is running, but it's hard to start or won't start at all, there are several potential causes. It might be due to: being out of fuel, using the wrong type or brand of fuel, or fuel that is polluted. Other possible reasons include defective wiring, insufficient battery power, a clogged air filter, a clogged fuel filter, internal leakage in the fuel system or the fuel manual pump spring being up. Add fuel. You may also need to bleed the air from the fuel system, drain and replace the fuel with the correct type, check and fix the starting circuit, charge or replace the battery, or clean/replace the air and fuel filters. For the fuel manual pump spring, push down and secure the hand wheel. Check and repair any fuel leaks.
