Oil level in hydraulic oil tank
Hydraulic oil filling label:
【Important】Following notes for adding oil to hydraulic oil tank:
(1) Place machine on horizontal ground and retract all hydraulic
cylinders, the oil level should not exceed MAX mark.
(2) Similarly, when all hydraulic cylinders extend, the oil level should be
not lower than the MIN mark.
(3) Use recommended oil according to the Lubricant List.
(4) All filled hydraulic oil should pass through oil return filter.
Maintenance
of every day should be done in accordance with the regulations.
Engine starting and stopping label
：
Before starting engine
(1) Keep pilot valve control lever locked and pilot handle & travel lever
neutral. Turn on the switch of power supply, operator sits in the cab.
(2) Turn the key switch to ON position, all indicator lights is on except
engine hour meter and LCD module, and buzzer sound at the same time,
self-inspection is finished after 2 seconds, the monitor system is in normal
working condition.
Starting engine
a) Keep pilot valve control lever locked.
b) Turn the key switch to ON position.
c) Honk the horn to warn surrounding people.
d) Place accelerator pull-rod to the place which is higher than lowest
idle speed.
e) Start engine by turning key switch clockwise to START position, release key, the switch will return ON
