6. Back off the pin (h), using a 30-mm wrench.
7. Remove the pin i from the lower side.

8. Remove the cylindrical pin (l) to disassemble
the plastic part from the metal one and to
remove the spring.
To reassemble the adjusting system, carry out
the above steps in reverse order.
