7.13. DISASSEMBLING THE TREAD-BELT AND RUNNING
TRACK

Carry out the procedures described in paragraphs
7.8. “Disassembling the motor guard” 7.11.
“Disassembling the rear roller” 7.12.
“Disassembling the motor roller and drive-belt”.
1. Back off the 2 rear screws a using a 13-mm
wrench.
2. Remove the RUNNING TRACK and
TREAD-BELT group from the back.
3. Remove the TREAD-BELT from the
RUNNING TRACK.

To reassemble the TREAD-BELT and the
RUNNING TRACK, carry out the above steps in
reverse order.
Lubricate the RUNNING TRACK
before reassembling it.
When reassembling the TREAD-BELT,
make sure that:
• there are the two bushing b;
• the TREAD-BELT is assembled in
the direction indicated by the
direction arrow on the inner side, if
one is present;
• the TREAD-BELT is correctly
centered on the RUNNING TRACK;
• the TREAD-BELT is not pinched by
the RUNNING TRACK.
After completing the procedure, adjust
the tension and centering of the belt as
described in paragraphs 8.2. and 8.3.
and adjust the tension and alignment of
the motor drive-belt as described in
paragraph 8.4. .
