12. With the engine at idle, slowly retract the boom
completely. The jib will engage the jib storage
brackets as the boom is retracted.
13. Remove the guide rope from the tip of the jib.
14. As the boom is retracted, verify that the stowage
bracket mounted to the jib is engaging properly
with the stowage bracket mounted to the boom.
15. Rotate and release the T-handle to lock the jib to
the storage brackets.
16. Remove the right upper and lower jib mounting
pins.
17. Test the anti two-block system at the boom head by
lifting the anti two-block weight. The light and audi-
ble alarms should be actuated in the cab and the
boom down, boom extend, and winch up controls
should disconnect.
