H. Remove the armrest spigots.
(Ref. IPL Fig 1, Sheet 7)
NOTE
The detent plunger is under spring pressure, make sure it is not lost during removal.
(1) Push each of the spigots (625) inboard and fully through the crossbeam (715) then remove the detent
plunger (630) and spring (635) from each spigot (625).
(2) Remove the baulking tube (640) from each side of the crossbeam (715).
I. Remove the carriage floor.
(Ref. IPL Fig 1, Sheets 3, 12 and 14)
(1) Remove the four nuts (160), bolts (155) and rear base cover (145) from the lower LH and RH frames
(810) and (815).
(2) Remove the two nuts (470) from each of the four claw assemblies (465).
(3) Turn the carriage floor slightly to release the feet from the top floor fittings and remove the carriage
floor (170).
(4) Remove the four claw assemblies (465).
J. Disassemble the carriage floor.

(1) Remove the carriage floor lock plunger (175) from the carriage floor (170).
(2) Remove the split-pin (215) and clevis pin (210) from each of the two lock operating levers (190).
(3) Remove the two floor locking plungers (195), springs (200) and lock operating levers (190) from the
carriage floor (170).
(4) Remove the dowel pins (205) that secure the floor locking plungers (195) to the lock operating levers
(190).
(5) Remove the feet from the carriage floor.
(a) Detail W - Remove the split pin (235) from each of the two clevis pins (230).
(b) Detail W - Remove the two clevis pins (230), floor secure plungers (240), springs (245), locking
track pins (250) and feet (220).
(c) Detail X - Remove the split pin (300) from each of the two clevis pins (295).
(d) Detail X - Remove the two clevis pins (295), floor secure plungers (305), springs (310), locking
track pins (315) and feet (285).
(e) Remove the two rubber washers (225) or (290) from each of the feet (220) or (285).
(f) Remove the four nuts (185) and retaining spigots (180) from the carriage floor (170).
