MAINTENANCE MANUAL
K. Disassemble the seat structure.
(Ref. IPL Fig 1, Sheets 1, 3, 10, 12 and 13)
NOTE
If it is damaged, remove the touch and close fastener (150) from the rear base cover (145).
(1) Remove the eight nuts (485), bolts (480) and thrust bearings (475) from bottom of the seat structure.
(2) Remove the nut (870) and bolt (865) from the top crossbeam (820), frame tie-bar (835) and LH frame
(810).
(3) Remove the nut (845) and bolt (840) from the lower frame cover (830) and LH frame (810).
(4) Remove the nut (860), bolt (850) and spacer (855) from the lower frame cover (830), frame tie bar
(835), rear beam (825) and LH frame (810).
(5) Remove the nut (560), bolt (550) and spacer (555) from the crossbeam (545) and lower LH frame
(810).
(6) Remove the two nuts (575) and bolts (570) from the middle beam (565) and lower LH frame (810).
(7) Remove the LH frame (810).
(8) Do step (2) thru step (7) again for the lower RH frame (815).
(9) Remove the split-pin (540), clevis pin (535) and fore/aft lock lever (530) from the middle beam (565).
(10) Detail T - Remove the RH front top floor fitting (320) from the front of the lower RH frame (815).
(a) Remove the split pin (330), claw pin (325) and packer (335) from the front of the lower RH frame
(815).
(b) Remove the split pin (345), clevis pin (340) and top floor fitting (320) from the front of the lower
RH frame (815).
(11) Detail S - Remove the RH rear top floor fitting (255) from the rear of the lower RH frame (815).
(a) Remove the split pin (265), claw pin (260) and packer (270) from the rear of the lower RH frame
(815).
(b) Remove the split pin (280), clevis pin (275) and top floor fitting (255) from the rear of the lower
RH frame (815).
(12) Detail T - Remove the LH rear top floor fitting (320) from the rear of the lower LH frame (810).
(a) Remove the split pin (330), claw pin (325) and packer (335) from the rear of the lower LH frame
(810).
(b) Remove the split pin (345), clevis pin (340) and top floor fitting (320) from the rear of the lower
LH frame (810).
