1.ReadtheGeneralPrecautionsforRemovingandInstallingHydraulicSystem

2.Topreventcontaminationofhydraulicsystemduringmanifoldremoval,
thoroughlycleanexteriorofmanifold.
3.Labelallhydrauliclinesforassemblypurposes.
4.Disconnecthydrauliclinesfrommanifoldandputcapsorplugsonopen
hydrauliclinesandttings.
5.RemovereartractioncontrolmanifoldfromtheframeusingFigure106as
guide.
6.Ifhydraulicttingsaretoberemovedfromcontrolmanifold,marktting
orientationtoallowcorrectassembly.Removettingsfrommanifoldand
discardO-rings.
Installation(Figure106)
1.Ifttingswereremovedfromcontrolmanifold,lubricateandplacenew
O-ringsontottings.Installttingsintomanifoldportsusingmarksmade
duringtheremovalprocesstoproperlyorientatettings.Tightenttings
(seeInstallingtheHydraulicFittings(SAEStraightThreadO-RingFittings)
(page5–9)).
2.InstallreartractioncontrolmanifoldtotheframeusingFigure106asguide.
3.Removecapsandplugsfromttingsandhoses.Usinglabelsplacedduring
manifoldremoval,properlyconnecthydrauliclinestomanifold(seeInstalling
HydraulicHosesandTubes(O-RingFaceSeal)(page5–7)).
4.Fillhydraulicreservoirwithhydraulicuidasrequired.
