Numeroushydraulicsolenoidvalvecoilsareusedonthehydrauliccontrol
manifoldsofGroundsmaster4500−Dand4700−Dmachines.Whenenergized
bytheTECcontroller,thesecoilsprovidehydrauliccircuitcontrol.
Three(3)differentsolenoidvalvecoilsareusedonyourGroundsmaster.Two
(2)ofthesecoilsslideontothesolenoidvalveandaresecuredwithanut.
Additionally,thetwospeedshiftmanifold(item4inFigure214)includesa
solenoidvalvewithanintegralsolenoidcoil.T estingofallofthesecoilscanbe
donewiththecoilremainingonthehydraulicvalve.
Note:Toassistintroubleshooting,identicalsolenoidcoilscanbeexchanged.If
theproblemfollowstheexchangedcoil,aproblemwiththecoillikelyexists.If
theproblemremainsunchanged,somethingotherthanthesolenoidcoilisthe
problemsource(e.g.switch,circuitwiring,hydraulicproblem).
