1.Removebearinglocknutfromeachendofrollershaft.
2.Looselysecurerollerassemblyinbenchviseandlightlytaponeendofroller
shaftuntiloutersealsandbearingareremovedfromoppositeendofroller
tube.Removesecondsetofoutersealsandbearingfromrollertubeby
tappingonoppositeendofshaft.Removeshaftfromrollertube.
3.Carefullyremoveinnersealfrombothendsofrollertubetakingcaretonot
damagetubesurfaces.
4.Discardremovedsealsandbearings.
5.Cleanrollershaftandallsurfacesontheinsideoftherollertube.Inspect
componentsforwearordamage.Also,carefullyinspectseatingsurfaceand
threadsofbearinglocknuts.Replacealldamagedcomponents.
