Noneofthecuttingdeckswilloperate.Cuttingdecksarenotfullyloweredtoground.
PTOswitchisnotinengagedposition.
Operatorseatisunoccupied.
Enginetemperatureisexcessivecausing
cuttingdeckstobedisengaged(Faultshould
bedisplayedonInfoCenter).
Note:Toengagethemowcircuit,theseat
mustbeoccupied,thecuttingdeck(s)must
befullyloweredthetractionspeedmustbein
theLOW(mow)positionandthePTOswitch
mustbeon.
Electricalproblemexiststhatpreventsdeck
controlmanifoldsolenoidvalveoperation(see
Chapter6:ElectricalSystem(page6–1)).
Gearpumpsectionsthatsupplymowcircuits
aredamaged.
Onecuttingdeckwillnotoperate.Circuitpressuretotheaffecteddeckmotoris
low.
Cuttingdeckproblemexists(seeChapter9:
CuttingDecks(page9–1)).
Splineonaffecteddeckmotor(orspindle)is
damaged.
Deckmotorreliefvalveisstuckordamaged.
Deckmotorisdamaged.
NOTE:Ifappropriate,transferasuspected
damagedmotortoanothercuttingdeck.If
problemfollowsthemotor,motorneedsrepair
orreplacement.
OnGroundsmaster4700-D,deckisnotfully
loweredtoground(decks#6and#7).
OnGroundsmaster4700-D,cartridgevalve
SV1orSV2indeckcontrolmanifoldis
damagedorsticking(decks#6and#7).
Severalcuttingdeckswillnotoperate.
Electricalproblemexiststhatpreventsdeck
controlmanifoldsolenoidvalveoperation(see
Chapter6:ElectricalSystem(page6–1)).
Decksarenotfullyloweredtoground.
Deckcontrolmanifoldsolenoidcartridgevalve
(PRV1orPRV2)foraffecteddecksisfaulty.
Logiccartridgevalve(LC1orLC2)indeck
controlmanifoldisstuckordamaged.
Gearpumpsection(rstorsecondsection)is
wornordamaged.
