removalprocesstoproperlyorientatettings.Tightenttings(seeInstalling
theHydraulicFittings(SAEStraightThreadO-RingFittings)(page5–9)).
2.Positioncylinderbarrelclevistoframeandinsertcylinderpin(item12)into
frameandclevis.Securepinwithangenutandangeheadscrew.
3.Insertcylinderpin(item4)throughliftarmandcylindershaftclevis.Secure
pintoliftarmwithangenutandangeheadscrew.
4.Removecapsandplugsfromhydraulichosesandttings.Attachhydraulic
hosestoliftcylinder(seeInstallingHydraulicHosesandTubes(O-RingFace
Seal)(page5–7)).
5.Fillreservoirwithhydraulicuidasrequired.
6.Lubricateliftcylindergreasettings.
7.Afterassemblyiscompleted,operateliftcylindertoverifythatliftcylinder,
hydraulichosesandttingsdonotcontactanymachinecomponentsduring
operation.
