ttings.Installttingsintocylinderopeningsusingmarksmadeduringthe
removalprocesstoproperlyorientatettings.Tightenttings(seeInstalling
theHydraulicFittings(SAEStraightThreadO-RingFittings)(page5–9)).
2.Positioncylinderbarrelclevistoframeandinsertcylinderpin(item6)with
one(1)retainingringinstalledthroughtheframeandcylinderclevis.Secure
pinwithsecondretainingring.
3.Insertcylinderpin(item3)throughtheliftarmandcylindershaftclevis.
Securepintoliftarmwithangeheadscrewandangenut.
4.Removecapsandplugsfromhydraulichosesandttings.Attachhosesto
liftcylinder(seeInstallingHydraulicHosesandTubes(O-RingFaceSeal)
(page5–7)).
5.Fillreservoirwithhydraulicuidasrequired.
6.Lubricateliftcylindergreasettings.
7.Afterassemblyiscompleted,operateliftcylindertoverifythatliftcylinder,
hydraulichosesandttingsdonotcontactanymachinecomponentsduring
operation.
