lowershroudtoradiator.Donotfullytightenfastenersuntilafterengine
coolingfanmotor,fananduppershroudareinstalled.
7.Installenginecoolingfanmotorandbracketassembly,coolingfanandupper
radiatorshroudtomachine(seeEngineCoolingFanMotor(page5–147)).
Makesurethatclearancebetweenshroudsandfanisatleast4.6mm(0.180
in)atallpoints.Also,makesurethatallfastenersforradiatorshroudsare
fullytightened.
8.Connectreservoirhose(item39)totheradiatorventtube.
9.Connectupperandlowerradiatorhosestotheradiatorandsecurewith
hoseclamps.
10.Removecapsorplugsfromhydraulichosesandttingsthatwereplaced
duringdisassembly.Connecthydraulichosestooilcoolerttings(see
InstallingHydraulicHosesandTubes(O-RingFaceSeal)(page5–7)).
11.Installplenumassembly(item5)tocrossoverplateandsecurewithange
headscrewsandangenuts.
12.Installaircleanerintakehose(item8)totheaircleanerandplenum.
13.Makesurethatradiatordraincockisclosed.Fillradiatorwithcoolant.
14.Checkandadjusthydraulicoillevelinhydraulicreservoir.
15.Startengine.Checkforuidleaksandproperengineoperation.
16.Afterrunningengineforashorttime,stopengineandmakesureradiatorand
hydraulicreservoirarefull.Addcorrectuidsifnecessary.
17.Installhoodonthemachine(seeHood(page8–26)).
