capture,andendttings.

Operatorsuppliedmaterial:Clearsiliconegrease.
Important:Useonlysiliconegreasewhen
assemblingthevalve.
1.ChecktheconditionoftheoutletttingO-rings
(sectionvalvemanifoldonly),endcapO-rings,
backseatingO-rings,andballseatfordamage
orwear(Figure77andFigure78).
Note:ReplaceanydamagedorwornO-rings
orseats.
2.Applysiliconegreasetothevalvestemand
insertitintothevalvestemseat(Figure77and
Figure78).
3.Installthevalvestemandseatintothemanifold
andsecurethestemandseatwiththestem
retainer(Figure77andFigure78).
4.EnsurethatthebackseatingO-ringandtheball
seatarealignedandseatedintotheend-cap
tting(Figure77andFigure78)
5.Installtheend-capttingassemblyontothe
manifoldbodyuntiltheangeoftheend-cap
ttingtouchesthemanifoldbody(Figure77
andFigure78),thenturntheend-capttingan
additional1/8to1/4turn.
Note:Usecautionsoasnottodamagetheend
ofthetting.
6.Inserttheballintothevalvebody(Figure79).
