Thepilotpistonintheliftcontrolmanifoldisstuckor
damaged.
Theowcontroloriceinliftcontrolmanifoldfortheaffected
cuttingreelisplugged,stuck,ordamaged.
Theliftcylinderleaksinternally.
Oneormorecuttingunitraises,butdoesnotstayup.
Note:Theliftcylindersandcontrolmanifoldcartridgevalves
cannotprovideanabsolutelyperfectseal.Thecuttingunits
willeventuallylowerifleftintheraisedposition.Atminimum,
thecuttingunitsshouldremainintheraisedtransportposition
longenoughtosafelymovefromonefairwaytothenext.
Theliftcircuithydrauliclinesorttingsareleaking.
Airexistsintheliftcircuit.
Theliftcylinderfortheaffectedcuttingreel(s)leaks
internally.
Thecheckvalveintheliftcontrolmanifold(CV1,CV4,CV5,
andCV23)andsolenoidvalve(SV1andSV3)leaks.
Thepilotpistonintheliftcontrolmanifoldisstuckor
damaged.
Noneofthecuttingunitswillraiseorlower.
Note:Theoperatormustbeintheseatortheparkingbrake
engagedandmowspeedlimitermustbeinmowspeed
positioninordertolowerthecuttingunits.
Theuidlevelinthehydraulicreservoirislow(other
hydraulicsystemsareaffectedaswell).
MR1/MV1and/orMR2/MV2inliftcontrolmanifoldareinthe
backlapposition.
Note:OperatoradvisoryshouldbedisplayedonInfoCenter
Display.
AnelectricalproblemexiststhatpreventsSVRVsolenoid
coilontheliftcontrolmanifoldfrombeingenergized(refer
toTroubleshooting(page7–26)ortheElectricalSchematic
andWireHarnessDrawings/DiagramsinAppendixA(page
A–1)).
ThesolenoidvalveSVRVintheliftcontrolmanifoldis
damaged.
Thegearpumpsection(P4)iswornordamaged.
Noneofthefrontcuttingunitswillraiseorlowerbuttherear
cuttingunitswillraiseandlower.
ThesolenoidvalveSV1ontheliftcontrolmanifoldis
damaged.
AnelectricalproblemexiststhatpreventsSV1solenoid
coilontheliftcontrolmanifoldfrombeingenergized(refer
toTroubleshooting(page7–26)ortheElectricalSchematic
andWireHarnessDrawings/DiagramsinAppendixA(page
A–1)).
