TestingtheResistorAssembly
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,settheparkingbrake,lowerthecutting
units,andshutofftheengine,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Locatetheresistorassemblyintheenginewireharnessandremovethe
cabletiethatsecurestheresistortothewireharness.Unplugtheresistor
fromthewireharnessfortesting.
3.Useadigitalmultimeter(ohmssetting)tomeasuretheresistancevaluefor
theresistor.Theresistanceacrosstheresistorterminalsshouldbe75ohms.
