5.3.5 Station live list
The station live list shows the transmission status of each ADMAP-5M station. (Figure 5-
7)

The first word of the station live list consists of the CMP bit, which indicates whether the
state of each station indicated by the next word is completed, and the XCH bit, which
indicates any change in the station state.
The states of stations 1 to 255 are set in the third and subsequent words of the station
live list. 1 is set in AVL when station information is valid, making the meanings of the
following bits valid. IR indicates the states of those stations which are engaged in
transmission. EXI indicates the state in which station status notice is received. ONL
indicates online. NCA, NCB, LAF, LBF, NCDA, NDCB indicate the states of ADMAP-5M
buses detected by stations.
When a station is in normal state, 1 is set in IR, AVL, EXI, and ONL, and 0 in NCA, NCB,
LAF, LBF, NCDA, and NCDB.
CMP： 1 if live list is completed; 0 if it is not
XCH： 1 if live list is changed
IR： 1 if station is engaged in token ring
AVL： 1 if station information is valid
EXI： 1 if station status notice is received; 0 if it is not
ONL： 1 if station is online
NCA, NCB： 1 if bus A or bus B has no carrier signal
LAF, LBF： 1 if bus A or bus B transmission line has diagnostic error
NCDA, NCDB： 1 if bus A or bus B has an NCD error
