5.7.6 PCS parameter write (in word units)

To write parameters (XPW, XTS, etc.) of the controller PCS in word units
<Message format>
<Note>
• PCS parameter (XPW) data numbers are inconstant. The number of PCS timers is
512; that of PCS counters, 128; that of error monitor timers, 32; that of congestion
monitor timers, 32.
• The first half (256) of the PCS timer is in seconds and the last half (256) of it, in
minutes.
