To control a specified AN712 module

• A software initialize request may be made only when all the message requests to the
AN712 module have been completed. Requesting software initialize produces a result
equivalent to switching the AN712 module on/off so that, if existing message requests
have not been completed yet, there will be no notice of their completion.
