• Print out the Transmission Journal to check the transmission results. The Transmission Journal is
printed by the following operation as the default. You can set to print the Transmission Journal
automatically as well. (
See page 4-53.)
• You can select either printing only the Transmission Report, printing only the Reception Report, or
printing both the Transmission Report and Reception Report. Both the Transmission Report and
Reception Report are printed as the default.
• In the Transmission Journal, you can check the following information relating to transmission in the
memory TX and direct TX modes:
- Serial number - Job number
- Communications start date - Communications time (Minutes/Seconds)
- Number of originals - Destination
- Department Number - Account number
- Communication mode - Result
